Challenges
The client was using third-party software to manage their day-to-day tasks, which was becoming inefficient as it didn't meet all of their requirements. As the volume of consumer data grew, they began to face performance issues resulting in lower productivity and missed opportunities. They wanted to make the new platform a SaaS-based implementation so that it could be used by other companies with similar service delivery models, providing them with a new revenue stream.
